Tiffany Hargis
I am from rural Morgan County, Tennessee. I graduated from Chattanooga State Community College, and I have been working in the legal field since 1999. Before working in family law, I worked in medical malpractice and bankruptcy fields. These skills have translated easily in my position as Intake Coordinator.
My favorite part of family law is building relationships with the people I meet. I enjoy taking the time to get to know our clients and their stories so I can help them get the services they need. I believe issues are better solved when you can have a personal connection with your client.
I have personal experience with family law. My personal experience with divorce helps me empathize with our clients. I uniquely understand the technical and human aspects of navigating complex proceedings. I can guide individuals and families through sensitive situations involving divorce, custody arrangements, and blended family restructuring. Whether it is over the phone or in-person, I want to help clients feel heard and supported. I leverage my training, certifications, and real-world experience to explain legal procedures and likely outcomes in straightforward terms. I strive to provide caring, solutions-focused counsel as I help clients understand all available options for each situation. Above all, I aim to ease the emotional burden on those seeking assistance with familial restructuring. From start to finish, I ensure clients know they are not alone and will receive dignified, affordable representation tailored precisely to their needs and goals.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy teaching yoga classes, working out, bodybuilding, and spending time with my grandson and husband. I love teaching yoga classes because it gives me a creative outlet for stress relief and relaxation, and I always bring the same energy to my work with clients.
